Sesame chicken wok recipe with vegetables

  • Chicken strips400 g

  • Orange carrots2

  • Red onions2

  • Snow peas250 g

  • Red Pepper1

  • Green Pepper1

  • Yellow pepper1

  • Sesame seeds 1 bag

  • Soy sauce12.5 cl

  • Scallion onion1

  • Sesame oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic cloves2

  • Pepper


Preparation of the recipe: sesame chicken wok with vegetables


  1. Marinate the chicken aiguillettes in a tablespoon of sesame oil and 7 tablespoons of soy sauce. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Peel the onions, carrots, spring onion and garlic then wash the vegetables as well as the snow peas and peppers

  3. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise then cut them into half moons. Do the same for the carrots.

  4. Cut the snow peas and peppers into fine julienne. Slice the onion, scallion and red onions, then chop the garlic and set aside them separately.

  5. Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok and add the peppers and carrots, continuing to cook for a few minutes. Then add the snow peas, zucchini, red onions and garlic.

  6. When the vegetables are slightly crunchy, add soy sauce, finish cooking and set them aside.

  7. Without cleaning it, put the chicken with the lightly peppered marinade in the wok over medium heat. At the end of cooking, add the vegetables and mix them well. When ready to serve, sprinkle with multicolored sesame seeds.
